尊敬的客戶及代理：
接香港DHL通知，近期大量寄往沙特阿拉伯（Saudi Arabia）的貨物由于清關(guān)資料的缺失導(dǎo)致貨物延誤或者退回，為了避免此類問題，請(qǐng)按照沙特阿拉伯海關(guān)要求提供相應(yīng)文件：
1. 以下貨物無論以任何商業(yè)形式寄運(yùn)至沙特阿拉伯，都需要提供SASO合格證書（SASO Conformity Certificate）清關(guān)。
Mobile phones sets
Lap tops, PCs, Computer Monitors, I-Pads
Auto Spare Parts
Electrical Appliances (ACs, Refrigerators, Heaters, TVs, VCRs etc).
Electrical Sets (Circuit Breakers, Electrical Switches, Transformers etc.).
Cosmetics products
2. 寄運(yùn)至沙特阿拉伯的以下商品需要提供食品和藥品許可證明（Saudi Food and Drug prior approval）清關(guān)。

3. 寄運(yùn)至沙特阿拉伯的以下商品需要提供貿(mào)易與產(chǎn)業(yè)部頒發(fā)的許可證（Ministry of Trade and Industry prior approval）清關(guān)。

4. 寄運(yùn)至沙特阿拉伯的以下商品需要提供通訊許可證明CITC(Communications and Information Technology Commission) 清關(guān)。
